Sales Representative

Job Summary Shed Daddy is looking for a driven, self-motivated Sales Professional to manage and grow our Marlow sales lot . This is a performance-based role with strong earning potential for the right person. In this position, you'll oversee daily lot operations while working directly with customers to help them find the right building for their needs. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, takes initiative, and wants their effort to directly impact their income. No prior sales experience? That's okay. We provide training — what matters most is your attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn. Responsibilities Manage day-to-day operations of the Marlow sales lot Greet and assist customers in a professional, friendly manner Help customers select the right building based on their needs and budget Follow up with leads (calls, texts, messages) to close sales Maintain lot organization, cleanliness, and overall presentation Monitor inventory and stay up to date on available units Coordinate with management on orders, deliveries, and updates Track sales activity and performance Create and maintain online listings to generate leads Provide a high level of customer service from first contact to final sale Skills Sales experience preferred, but not required Strong communication and people skills Self-motivated and reliable Comfortable working in a commission-based role Organized and goal-driven Able to manage responsibilities independently Leadership or management experience is a plus Compensation Commission-based pay: 4%-7% Average earnings: $50,000/year Top performers: $120,000+ per year Performance-driven income with strong upside Why This Role Strong earning potential Independent work environment with management responsibility Established, high-demand product line Training and support provided Opportunity for long-term growth If you enjoy working with people, are motivated to earn, and want a role where your effort directly impacts your success — this could be a great fit.
