Job Title:
Bilingual Internet Sales Representative Job Summary We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused, and results-driven Bilingual Internet Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and Spanish and responsible for responding to online leads, handling inbound inquiries, and helping customers through the vehicle buying process. This position is key in creating a positive first impression, building relationships, and setting appointments that drive dealership sales growth. Responsibilities Respond promptly to internet leads, phone calls, text messages, and online inquiries. Communicate professionally with customers in both English and Spanish . Build rapport with customers and identify their vehicle needs, budget, and preferences. Schedule and confirm appointments for customers to visit the dealership. Follow up consistently with leads through calls, texts, and emails. Maintain accurate customer records and notes in the CRM system. Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff and customer experience. Explain vehicle features, availability, pricing, and dealership promotions. Assist customers with trade-in, financing, and credit application questions by directing them to the proper department. Meet or exceed monthly goals for appointments shown, sold units, and lead response times. Stay knowledgeable on current inventory, incentives, and dealership programs. Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale. Qualifications Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written) required. Previous automotive sales, internet sales, customer service, or call center experience preferred. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Comfortable using CRM systems, email, texting platforms, and computers. Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and positive attitude. Excellent organizational and follow-up skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively. Valid driver's license preferred.
