Job Description

Automotive Sales BDC Representative David Stanley Chevrolet David Stanley Chevrolet is looking for an energetic, outgoing BDC Representative to join our team. This position is a great fit for someone who enjoys talking to people, is comfortable on the phone, and likes working toward goals. You'll be connecting with customers who have already expressed interest in a vehicle, answering questions, following up, and setting appointments for our sales team. Bilingual English/Spanish candidates are strongly encouraged to apply. You do not need to know everything about cars. We can teach you that. What we're looking for is someone who communicates well, has confidence on the phone, stays organized, follows through, and isn't afraid to ask for the appointment. What You'll Do Respond to customers who inquire about vehicles online Communicate with customers by phone, text, and email Build rapport and have real conversations — not just read from a script Set and confirm sales appointments Follow up with customers throughout their vehicle-shopping process Answer basic questions and help customers take the next step Keep accurate notes and customer information in our CRM Work closely with our sales team to provide a great customer experience You'll Be a Great Fit If You Enjoy talking to people and can build rapport quickly Are confident and comfortable on the phone Speak both English and Spanish — a major plus Have a positive, outgoing personality Are competitive and motivated by goals and bonuses Can handle hearing "no" and keep moving Are dependable and follow through on what you start Stay organized in a fast-paced environment Are comfortable with computers, texting, and learning new technology Are coachable and willing to learn Can work Saturdays and a flexible dealership schedule Automotive or BDC experience is a plus, but it is not required . We're more interested in finding someone with the right personality, work ethic, and communication skills.
