Sales representative

Role Overview We are looking for a motivated, tech-savvy Sales Representative to join the team at OK Structures . This is a fast-paced role that requires a balance of technical quoting, CRM management, and face-to-face consultative selling. You will handle everything from walk-in customers to online leads, ensuring every client finds the right solution for their property.

Core Responsibilities Consultative Sales:

Guide customers through the process of selecting and customizing sheds, carports, and outdoor buildings.

Technical Quoting:

Accurate quoting of metal panels and trim for custom projects.

Lead Management:

Diligently manage a high volume of leads (walk-ins, phone calls, and online inquiries) using our CRM system.

Workflow Efficiency:

Utilize computer-based design and quoting tools to provide real-time pricing and visual representations to customers.

High-Volume Performance:

Maintain a high level of "drive" and organization during peak busy seasons to ensure no lead is left behind.

Requirements Tech Proficiency:

Comfortable using CRMs and quoting software.

Sales Drive:

Proven ability to close sales in a retail or construction-related environment.

Detail Oriented:

High accuracy in quoting materials (panels/trim) is a must.

Customer Focused:

Excellent communication skills for handling diverse customer needs.

From $15.00 per hour
