What You Will Do As an Entry Level Sales Representative, you will work directly with homeowners through door to door outreach, introducing Thunder pest control services and helping families protect their homes. Connect with homeowners through door to door outreach Educate homeowners on the benefits of Thunder pest control services Build trust and develop strong customer relationships Work during late afternoon and evening hours when homeowners are available Participate in daily sales training and team meetings Deliver excellent customer service and follow up Consistently meet or exceed monthly and seasonal sales goals Most customer interactions take only a few minutes, but your ability to build rapport quickly can turn those conversations into long term clients.
Summer Schedule:
Seasonal commitment: April through September Full time schedule with 9 hour work days. Late afternoon and evening hours. This schedule aligns with homeowner availability and helps maximize earning potential.
