Job Overview Insurance Sales Development Representative (Future Producer) Adrean Insurance Agency is seeking a motivated and ambitious Sales Development Representative to join our growing team. This role begins with outbound prospecting and appointment setting. Top performers will have the opportunity to obtain their insurance license and advance into a Producer role with significant earning potential.

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers Generate and qualify insurance quote opportunities Schedule appointments for licensed agents Follow up with leads and prospects Maintain accurate records and notes in our CRM Meet daily and weekly activity goals Contribute to a positive and energetic sales environment

Salary Range:
