District 63 is seeking a driven and experienced Sales Professional to join our dynamic team. If you excel at building relationships, managing the entire sales cycle, and communicating effectively across multiple platforms, this is the opportunity for you. Role Overview As a Full Cycle Sales Professional, you will be instrumental in guiding prospects from initial contact through to closing the deal. This role demands a proactive approach, leveraging your skills to connect with clients, understand their needs, and present compelling solutions. You will operate primarily through phone and video interactions, requiring a high degree of professionalism and the ability to foster trust and rapport remotely. Day-to-Day Responsibilities Conduct proactive outreach to potential clients via phone and video calls. Manage and nurture your sales pipeline from lead generation to closing. Clearly articulate product/service value propositions and benefits. Effectively handle objections and negotiate terms to secure agreements. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in the CRM system. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Stay informed about industry trends and product updates. Compensation We offer a competitive compensation structure with a base salary ranging from $36,000 to $90,000 annually, plus commission opportunities based on performance. Qualifications Must be 18 or older. Authorized to work in the United States. Possess a valid driver's license. Must have a personal vehicle. Must have a mobile device with cellular data. Must hold a Property and Casualty Insurance license, or be willing to obtain one. Proven experience in managing the full sales cycle. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport quickly over phone and video. Strong organizational and pipeline management abilities. Self-motivated and results-oriented with a professional demeanor.
