Full Job Description Responsibilities:

Manage and lead a small phone room team to ensure consistent appointment generation and high conversion rates Oversee the daily scheduling and coordination of all Design Consultants to maximize efficiency and appointment availability No Cold Calling. Oversee outbound calls to warm leads and potential customers to generate appointments for the sales team Train, coach, and motivate appointment setters to improve communication, booking performance, and customer experience Monitor daily phone room performance metrics, call quality, appointment volume, and lead follow-up Utilize telemarketing techniques to engage prospects, promote our products and services, and ensure accurate data entry into top-tier marketing software Effectively communicate the value proposition of our bathroom remodel options Qualify warm leads and gather relevant information to determine customer needs and interests Schedule appointments for the Design Consultants based on availability, territory, and customer preferences Follow up with prospects to confirm appointments and provide any necessary additional information Research, evaluate, and manage relationships with lead providers and marketing vendors to maximize lead quality and return on investment Assist with marketing initiatives, campaign tracking, and lead source management Collaborate with management and sales to improve lead flow, appointment quality, and overall marketing performance Maintain a positive, professional, and results-driven environment within the phone room

Qualifications:

Strong outbound calling and phone sales skills with the ability to engage prospects and generate interest Previous experience in inside sales, telemarketing, call center management, appointment setting, or team leadership required Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Leadership experience with the ability to coach, motivate, and manage a small team Ability to negotiate and persuade potential customers in an honest and professional manner Experience working with CRM and marketing software systems Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage schedules, lead sources, and team priorities simultaneously Self-motivated, punctual, dependable, and driven by results Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bilingual in Spanish is a plus Experience with lead generation, digital marketing, or vendor management is a plus
