Full Job Description Compensation:
7.5% Commission on Collected Sales We are a growing cannabis wholesale company seeking an experienced sales professional with established relationships in the Oregon cannabis market. This is a commission-only independent contractor position designed for a motivated sales representative who already has dispensary contacts and a proven ability to move cannabis flower.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with licensed dispensaries Generate wholesale cannabis flower sales Present product offerings, pricing, and availability to buyers Follow up with accounts and assist with order coordination Grow sales volume within existing and new accounts
Qualifications:
Previous cannabis sales experience required Existing network of dispensary buyers strongly preferred Demonstrated track record of wholesale cannabis sales Strong communication and relationship-building skills Self-motivated and able to work independently Knowledge of the Oregon cannabis industry and regulations
Compensation & Benefits:
7.5% commission on collected sales Unlimited earning potential Flexible schedule Independent contractor (1099) position Opportunity to grow with an expanding wholesale operation
