What You'll Be Doing Run in-home sales appointments across the Portland Metro area Build rapport and trust with homeowners Diagnose customer needs and present solutions Offer financing/payment options when appropriate Close deals confidently and professionally Follow company sales systems and processes Maintain communication with office and operations teams Create an exceptional customer experience from start to finish What We're Looking For Strong communication skills Confident personality with professional appearance Proven ability to close sales Home service sales experience preferred (plumbing/HVAC/restoration/roofing/etc.) Comfortable discussing high-ticket projects Self-motivated and competitive Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Someone hungry to grow and earn The Right Fit We are not looking for someone who wants to "try sales."
