As an Outside Sales Representative , you'll play an important role in connecting homeowners and property owners with professional painting and floor coating solutions. This is a great opportunity for someone who likes working independently while being part of a supportive team.   • 1 week PTO 5 paid holidays after your first year Training, mentorship, and ongoing support Opportunity to grow with a well-established family-owned business What Your Role Will Look Like In this position, you'll meet with homeowners and property owners to help them plan and move forward with painting and coating projects.
After training, you'll be responsible for guiding customers through the process from the first conversation to the start of their project.
Typical responsibilities include:
Meeting with prospective clients to discuss painting and floor coating projects Prospecting for new projects Preparing professional estimates for interior and exterior painting services Explaining the benefits of our products and services Building strong relationships through clear and honest communication Following up with leads and maintaining a steady pipeline of opportunities Coordinating project details with our production team Ensuring a smooth handoff once projects are scheduled Maintaining customer relationships even after the project is completed Tracking activity and opportunities in our CRM system In many cases, you'll be the first and most important point of contact for our customers , helping them feel confident about their investment.
