The Outside Sales Medical Representative is responsible for building strong professional relationships and working very closely with Norco customers and referrals. The Outside Sales Representative is expected to expand overall sales, improve overall margin, introduce and sell new products, secure business with long term supply agreements, all while taking excellent care of our expanding customer base. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Understand and be able to demonstrate in-depth knowledge of products we sell Consistently review and report on sales calls, sales outcomes and sales opportunities Maintain an acceptable minimum level of margin for the assigned sales account roster and for any new business Consistently present new products to the customer base and to competitive accounts Secure Norco business through the use of product supply agreements Maintain strong vendor relationships and work closely with key Norco vendor partners Perform other tasks as assigned or necessary Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent, College degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred Respiratory/Clinical experience a plus 6 months previous sales experience
License or Certificate Required:
Valid regular driver's license
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills Excellent sales and negotiation skills Strong analytical and problem solving Excellent time management skills Ability to work with a diverse clientele Ability to frequently lift up to 35 lbs.
