Sales Representative

Educate them on the benefits of switching to solar energy Utilize strong communication skills to set appointments during times that meet customer needs and maximize sales opportunities. Prospecting and cold outreach Attend weekly team meetings Become proficient with our CRM and Sales tools app. Learn our sales process and apply it in the field. Experience Prior experience in canvasing, sales or customer service roles that demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills is helpful, but not required. We specialize in taking people from zero experience to top performer. This is a direct sales role, it requires you to be a self starter, work when no one is watching, and take initiative. Reps who meet the minimum performance benchmark will make $59,520 their first year. Our average first year rep pay is $78,000. Due to our uncapped commission structure, many experienced reps are able to and are currently making $150,000+
