This position offers a competitive salary and is eligible to earn quarterly sales incentive bonuses. We provide in-house and 3rd party technical training. Position Overview Perform sales function for new and existing accounts. Provide quality and efficient customer service, with professional demeanor, for internal and external customers, by utilizing in-depth knowledge of company products and programs. General Responsibilities Contact customer by phone and email concerning new orders, existing orders, sales returns, shipments, products and quotes Process sales orders, and maintain open quotes and orders Work closely with the Credit Department on establishing credit limits, and resolve disputes with customers Provides sales support of Will Call and Counter Sales, and Outside Sales Reps Attend and actively participate in Sales Meetings and provide any required reporting Provide timely and accurate information to new and existing customers when requested, using product and application knowledge Partner with outside sales representatives to meet and exceed customer service expectations Qualifications High school degree or equivalent Team oriented Proficient in basic computer skills Prior customer service/manufacturing industrial tech experience a plus Product and/or industry knowledge preferred, but not required.
