Sales Representative

Core Responsibilities Customer Service:

Welcome customers as they enter the store, address their needs, and provide product recommendations.

Sales & Promotion:

Share features, pricing, and benefits of items, cross-selling or upselling products to meet sales targets.

Transactions:

Operate cash registers or POS systems to accurately process cash, credit, or debit payments and manage returns.

Store Maintenance:

Replenish merchandise on the sales floor, and assist with inventory management and organizing the showroom.

Brand Representation:

Act as the face of the company by maintaining a friendly attitude and resolving customer complaints professionally.

Preferred Qualifications Experience:

Previous retail, cash handling, or customer service experience is prefered.

Availability:

Flexible scheduling, including weekends, evenings, and holidays, is necessary.

Key Skills Required Communication:

Clear, friendly, and persuasive communication skills to interact with diverse groups of people.

Math & Organization:

Basic math skills for handling cash and strong organizational skills for keeping the sales floor neat.

Problem-Solving:

The ability to handle customer complaints with empathy and tact.

Physical Stamina:

Ability to stand for long periods, walk the sales floor, and occasionally lift moderately heavy boxes

$50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
