What You'll Do Engage customers in retail locations and create genuine conversations. Learn about their home service needs and introduce them to Roth solutions. Generate quality leads and book appointments. Represent Roth with professionalism, energy, and integrity. Work with our Sales and Service teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience. Work toward individual and team goals while taking ownership of your results. Position will be between the Bend and Redmond Home Depot What We're Looking For Positive, outgoing personality and confidence talking to people. Strong communication and customer service skills. Goal-oriented, organized, and motivated to succeed. Comfortable using a tablet, smartphone, and Microsoft Office. High school diploma/GED and 18+ years old. Reliable transportation. 2+ years of sales or customer-facing experience preferred. No sales experience? No problem!
