Monday ' Friday, 8:00 AM ' 5:00 PM This is a temp-to-hire position. Full Job Description Our client is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join their growing team. This role focuses on building long-term relationships with business-to-business customers and managing an ongoing book of accounts that generates repeat monthly revenue. This is not a 'quick close' or transactional sales role'it is centered around relationship building, consistency, and long-term account growth. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, dependable, and comfortable working independently while following established processes. Success in this role comes from persistence, communication skills, and the ability to nurture relationships over time.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and grow an existing book of business with repeat customers Build long-term relationships with business clients through consistent outreach Make outbound calls and respond to inbound inquiries Develop new accounts with a longer sales cycle (2'3 month average close time) Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and pipeline activity Follow structured sales processes and company guidelines Work independently while meeting activity and revenue goals

Qualifications:

2+ years of call center, inside sales, or outside sales experience preferred Strong communication and relationship-building skills Comfortable with longer sales cycles and consultative selling Self-motivated and able to work independently Experience in office supplies, printing, B2B services, or similar industries a plus

Compensation:

$18.00 per hour base pay Commission structure in addition to base pay New account acquisition bonuses Ongoing revenue from established customer accounts
