This role will initially support existing business, then transition to driving growth while maintaining a set of accounts. In this role, you will be the key point of contact for internal and external customers, providing support and guidance in order for Key to execute on event project installations. Your energetic approach will help foster lasting relationships, upsell high-end products, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. Duties Engage with customers in both inside and outside sales environments to understand their project requirements and offer suitable solutions. Manage account relationships through ongoing communication, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business. Create capacity for leadership by managing an amount of existing business and following up on leads. Requirements Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Ability to thrive in an ambiguous and diverse environment. Organizational skills to manage multiple accounts while delivering outstanding customer service. Experience with managing social media platforms, supporting marketing team a plus.
