The Role:

As an In-Store and Event Lead Generator, you'll be efficiently trained to be the face of Re-Bath, captivating potential customers and empowering associates with your product knowledge and brand expertise. Thrive in a diverse environment, working within home improvement stores and at special events throughout the region.

What You'll Do:

Generate high-quality leads and schedule appointments for our in-home Design Consultants Set up eye-catching displays and engage visitors with your magnetic personality Provide basic product and service information to prospective customers Conduct knowledge-sharing activities for home improvement associates Collaborate with store teams to enhance their lead generation and customer engagement skills

What You'll Bring:

A strong aptitude for lead generation, field marketing, in-store demo, event promotions. Exceptional verbal communication and rapport-building abilities Energy, enthusiasm, and a positive, professional demeanor Must be available weekends Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within a 30-mile radius

What To Expect:

Base pay range (Boise

• 18-21/HR, Spokane
• 20-22/HR, Portland
• 20-23/HR, Seattle
