Job Description

Are you a people person who enjoys helping customers find the perfect fit for their lifestyle? We're looking for an enthusiastic and motivated RV Sales Representative to join our team. Whether you have RV sales experience or a strong background in retail or automotive sales, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do:
Assist customers in finding the right RV to fit their needs and budget Build & Maintain relationships with prospective and existing customers Conduct RV walkarounds and product demonstrations Follow up with leads and maintain customer communication throughout the entire buying proccess Help customers navigate financing, trade-ins, and purchase options Maintain knowledge of current inventory, features, and promotions Deliver an exceptional customer experience from initial contact through delivery
Qualifications:
Previous sales experience preferred (RV, automotive, retail, or related industries) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated with a positive attitude Ability to work weekends and flexible schedules as needed Basic computer skills and willingness to learn dealership software like texting platforms and document uploading. Valid driver's license
