JOB RESPONSABILITES

•Successfully turn generated leads into loyal clients by appropriately assessing their home improvement needs and providing tailored solutions. Provide the best customer experience throughout the sales process to prospective and existing clients Educate and engage clients with confidence through extensive product knowledge and in-home demonstrations. We are looking for someone who thrives both independently and as part of a team

QUALIFICATIONS

5+ years of sales experience - Construction is a bonus. Strong desire to build a career in sales. Must be organized, disciplined, and a self-starter. Someone who takes initiative with actions. We will not be your babysitter! Drive and commitment to achieving individual and company goals. Ability to build and maintain relationships through effective communication with clients and colleagues. Can handle challenging conversations with professionalism. High level of personal accountability and problem-solving skills Must have a valid drivers-license. PAY Commission with bonus structure
