JOB RESPONSIBLITIES

Cultivate developing relationships to build clientele for life. Continuous training in selling skills and product presentation. Exhibit robust selling skills; Assist customers in selecting the right pre-owned vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses. Continuously develop product and sales skills to become the vehicle authority. Product and Manufacturer knowledge, optional packages, and the latest technologies. Perform high-quality, professional demonstrations of new and pre-owned vehicles. Follow-up with buyers to ensure successful referral business. Learn to overcome objections and thrive within sales situations. Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Previous vehicles Sales experience a plus; not required, we will train the right person. Available to work flexible hours and weekends. Ready to learn product and eager to grow with the company. Outstanding communication skills with customers and team members. Clean background, driving record and valid drivers and sales licenses. Maintain a clean and neat work space, professional appearance and uphold Brown-Daub standards at all times.
