Job Description

Our client is a premier, globally recognized manufacturer of highly specialized, engineered valve technologies. Known for innovation, precision engineering, and premium quality, they provide cutting-edge flow control solutions across a diverse range of demanding industries. On their behalf, we are seeking a dynamic, technically minded Regional Sales Manager to champion business growth, manage distributor networks, and drive market share expansion within the assigned territory.
salary:

BachelorsResponsibilities Drive regional business growth and market share expansion through the development and execution of strategic sales plans. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments to streamline sales efforts and guarantee top-tier customer satisfaction. Provide regular strategic updates to executive leadership regarding sales targets, market intelligence, challenges, and growth opportunities. Partner with Product Management and Engineering to pitch and advocate for new product developments based on market demand. Co-author annual business plans with the VP of Sales, aligning territory mapping and forecasting with corporate revenue goals. Manage pricing structures, ensuring alignment with corporate guidelines while identifying opportunities for strategic, high-volume pricing exceptions. Deliver technical product training to distributors and end-users, effectively articulating the unique features and benefits of specialized valve products. Maintain CRM integrity by diligently documenting territory activities, customer interactions, and pipeline opportunities.
