Job Description

Job Functions:
Screen, monitor, review, analyze, and flag procurement documentation to identify new business opportunities daily Organize, distribute, and coordinate RFP documentation across cross-functional teams to assess feasibility and alignment Track customer-driven deadlines on Sales and Applications Engineering calendar; communicate due dates, follow up with contributors, and escalate risks as needed Support the review and analysis of RFP documentation Coordinate, prepare and finalize submittals for the bid process to ensure compliance with RFP documents and notice of no bid letters as required Maintain procurement website registrations and route inbound leads Maintain RFP and proposal documentation Protect proprietary information by preparing required documentation redactions Partner with Business Development team to gather market intelligence and track bid activity and outcomes Coordinate with Sales Managers to create, enter, and update sales opportunities in alignment with company processes and best practices Assist Sales Managers in creating and updating quotes and sales orders in Made2Manage ERP software Develop and refine the proposal review and coordination process Perform other duties as assigned Associate's Degree or higher (will consider experience in lieu of education) Strong written communication skills Highly organized Ability to move between tasks effectively Computer literacy: Microsoft Office 365 Suite, Adobe Acrobat, CRM Software, ERP Software Sharp attention to detail Ability to manage, organize, and update complex files and documentation Willingness to proactively coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams Professional in all interactions Brookville Equipment Corporation is a world class American manufacturer of innovative, powered transportation solutions for mining/tunneling, rail freight, and passenger transportation.
