This position focuses on generating new clients for our landscape maintenance, landscape enhancements, and snow management divisions through prospecting, networking, relationship building, and consultative selling. Key Responsibilities Identify, prospect, and develop new commercial business opportunities throughout our service area. Generate qualified leads through cold outreach, networking, referrals, industry associations, community involvement, and strategic business development initiatives. Build relationships with commercial property managers, facility managers, municipalities, HOAs, healthcare organizations, educational institutions, industrial facilities, developers, and other prospective clients. Schedule and conduct client meetings, property visits, and needs assessments. Prepare and present proposals, estimates, and service recommendations that align with client objectives and company goals. Manage the sales process from initial contact through contract execution. Maintain an organized sales pipeline and accurately document activity within the company's CRM system. Partner with Operations and Account Management teams to ensure a seamless transition from sale to service. Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to identify new growth opportunities. Qualifications Proven success in business development, outside sales, or relationship-based B2B sales. Experience within the commercial landscaping, construction, facilities management, property services, or related industries is preferred. Self-motivated with a strong hunter mentality and a passion for developing new business. Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously. Comfortable working independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment. Experience using CRM software and Microsoft Office; experience with Aspire or similar platforms is a plus. Valid driver's license with the ability to travel throughout the Greater Philadelphia area.
