FULL TIME

position that focuses on generating leads and scheduling FREE roof inspections and estimates for homeowners. We provide training, ride-a longs, and in depth mentorship to help you learn our proven process and succeed in the field. Responsibilities Generate leads by canvassing neighborhoods and offering free roof inspections and estimates Schedule appointments for homeowners interested in our services Perform local field marketing initiatives and community outreach Track and analyze sales and marketing metrics Maintain accurate records using our internal CRM and databases Participate in ride-alongs and field shadowing for ongoing training Represent the company professionally while interacting with homeowners Collaborate with management and other departments to improve processes and results Lead by example with performance and behavior aligned with company standards What We Offer Base pay + pay per appointment/inspection A very competitive bonus and commission structure Paid bi-weekly!
