THE OPPORTUNITY

This foundational executive role will build the strategy, systems, talent, and accountability needed to scale occupancy and revenue while protecting a deeply human customer experience. The Role The Corporate Sales & Growth Leader will create and execute a scalable approach to customer acquisition, occupancy growth, referral development, market expansion, and revenue performance across the current and future growth of our portfolio. Working with executive leadership and on-site teams, this leader will turn the company's vision into a consistent, measurable growth engine. Core Responsibilities- Set enterprise sales objectives, go-to-market priorities, market strategies, and plans for occupancy, referrals, retention, and revenue growth.
- Build a repeatable framework for lead generation, discovery, tours, follow-up, closing, CRM use, pipeline management, forecasting, and competitive positioning.
- Recruit, coach, and develop sales leaders and community-level professionals; establish clear expectations, training, accountability, and performance-management rhythms.
- Develop an integrated strategy to consistently generate qualified prospects and convert them into customers.
- Create a balanced acquisition model combining direct sales, relationship development, referrals, strategic partnerships, marketing, and community engagement.
- Own KPIs and forecasting while partnering with Marketing, Operations, Finance, and executive leadership to align demand generation, pricing, customer experience, and profitability. Experience
- 10+ years of progressive sales or business-development leadership experience.
- Demonstrated success building and scaling sales organizations, playbooks, processes, and performance systems.
- A proven record of customer acquisition, occupancy or revenue growth, and team development.
- Strong command of CRM systems, analytics, forecasting, pipeline management, and sales KPIs.
- Executive-level communication, business and financial acumen, emotional intelligence, and a builder's mindset.
- Experience in hospitality, residential services, real estate, consumer services, or another relationship-driven multi-location business is preferred.
