Renewal by Andersen of PA is hiring an In-Home Sales Representative to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for individuals with experience in sales, customer service, or in-home consultations who want to maximize their earning potential in a supportive, team-oriented environment. What You'll Do Meet with homeowners in their homes for pre-scheduled appointments (no cold calling or door knocking) Build rapport, assess customer needs, and recommend custom window and door solutions Deliver professional in-home presentations and close sales Follow up with customers to ensure a strong experience from consultation to close Track sales activity and maintain accurate customer records Why Join Us?
