Full-Time Shipping, Data Entry & Online Sales Specialist Join the team at Dempsey & Baxter Jewelers & Rare Coins! Are you organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with computers? Do you enjoy learning new things and having a variety of responsibilities throughout your day? Dempsey & Baxter is looking for a full-time Shipping, Data Entry & Online Sales Specialist to join our team. This is a hands-on position that combines shipping, computer work, product photography, e-commerce, and customer communication. If you are someone who takes pride in accuracy, learns quickly, and enjoys a fast-paced work environment, we'd love to hear from you! What You'll Do Prepare and ship packages accurately and efficiently each day Enter and maintain product information for our e-commerce website and other online sales platforms Photograph jewelry, coins, and other merchandise for online listings Respond professionally to online customer inquiries and correspondence Help keep online product information accurate and up to date Assist with other store and online sales responsibilities as needed What We're Looking For Our ideal candidate is: Detail-oriented and highly accurate Comfortable with extensive computer use and data entry Able to quickly learn new computer programs and online platforms Confident with spelling, grammar, and professional written communication Organized and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines Comfortable working independently while also being part of a team Able to safely lift and move packages weighing up to 70 pounds Experience & Education High school diploma or GED required Three years of experience in shipping, data entry, or a related field preferred Experience with e-commerce or online sales is helpful, but not required Product photography experience is helpful, but not required We're willing to train the right person. You don't need to know jewelry or photography to be successful in this position. A willingness to learn and strong attention to detail are what matter most.
