Stable company Paid Health, Dental, & Vision Insurance Vacation time starts 90 days after date of hire "Full-Time Marketing & Business Development Coordinator related work experience required" Come grow with this company The Marketing & Business Development Coordinator is a critical internal support role responsible for owning the company's CRM ecosystem, leading marketing execution, and enabling the sales team to operate at peak efficiency. This person serves as the operational backbone of (confidential company) go-to-market function by building targeted prospect lists, managing outreach sequences, maintaining CRM data integrity, and producing marketing assets that drive pipeline activity. This is a non-quota-bearing role. The Coordinator does not carry a sales territory or direct selling responsibility. Instead, they support and amplify the efforts of the sales team by ensuring the right tools, data, and content are in place at every stage of the sales cycle. Core Responsibilities 1. HubSpot CRM Administration Serve as the primary HubSpot administrator for Sales Hub and Marketing Hub Maintain contact, company, and deal record accuracy and completeness Build and manage email sequences, workflows, and automation pipelines Create and maintain dashboards and reports for sales activity and pipeline health Manage list segmentation, lead scoring, and contact lifecycle stages Train and support internal users on HubSpot best practices Audit and maintain data hygiene on an ongoing basis 2. Marketing Execution Plan and execute email marketing campaigns from copy through deployment and analysis Manage campaign calendars and coordinate content scheduling Produce and maintain sales collateral including case studies, product guides, and comparison assets Assist in the creation of lead magnets, landing pages, and nurture content Track and report on key marketing metrics: open rates, reply rates, click-through, and MQL volume Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, messaging, and campaign timing 3. ZoomInfo & Prospect Research Own the ZoomInfo platform and manage the company's subscription and data exports Build targeted prospect lists aligned to defined ideal customer profiles (ICP) Enrich HubSpot contact and company records using ZoomInfo data Monitor buyer intent signals and surface high-priority accounts for sales follow-up Conduct market research to identify new verticals, segments, and distribution channel opportunities 4. Sales Team Enablement Prepare outreach-ready contact lists and load them into HubSpot sequences for the sales team Draft and refine outreach copy, email templates, and follow-up cadences Build and maintain a library of sales assets and marketing materials Coordinate with the Sales Director to align marketing activity with pipeline priorities Provide HubSpot coaching and support for sales representatives as needed Assist with trade show preparation, distributor communications, and promotional materials Primary Tools & Systems HubSpot Sales Hub & Marketing Hub — CRM, sequences, reporting, automation ZoomInfo — Prospect intelligence, list building, contact enrichment LinkedIn Sales Navigator — Account and contact research AI-assisted tools (Claude, etc.) — Content creation and workflow acceleration Working Relationships This role works closely with the following internal stakeholders: Sales & Marketing Director — Primary stakeholder; sets priorities, approves campaigns, and directs targeting strategy Graphic Designer

  • Work with web developer to set up technical aspects of marketing campaigns Qualifications Required 2+ years of experience in a CRM administration, marketing operations, or sales support role Hands-on experience with HubSpot (Sales Hub and/or Marketing Hub strongly preferred) Familiarity with B2B sales processes and the manufacturer-to-distributor-to-end-user sales motion Strong written communication skills with an eye for professional, consultative messaging Proficiency with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace and standard business tools Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously Preferred Experience with ZoomInfo or similar data intelligence platforms (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, etc.
) Background in industrial, manufacturing, safety, or MRO distribution industries Prior experience in a direct sales or account management role (a meaningful advantage in this position) Familiarity with email marketing best practices, CAN-SPAM compliance, and deliverability Basic graphic design or content production experience (Canva, Adobe, etc.) Experience using AI tools to accelerate content creation and workflow automation

$70,000.00
