Full-time, On-site (5 days a week) ValveMan, a family-owned and operated eCommerce distributor of valves and instrumentation, is looking for a dynamic Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Exton, PA. This role is ideal for someone mechanically inclined, who thrives in building long-term relationships with customers, and is eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. As an Inside Sales Engineer at ValveMan, you'll be the key contact for customers who visit our eCommerce platform. Your goal will be to engage with these customers, understand their needs, and convert them into long-term clients by offering solutions that address their process control challenges. We are looking for a motivated individual who is ready to work hard and take full advantage of unlimited earning potential.
Responsibilities :
Engage with customers from the eCommerce site to develop long-term relationships and offer product solutions. Understand and solve customers' process control challenges using ValveMan's range of valves and instrumentation products. Provide exceptional customer service and technical support. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met efficiently. Actively pursue new business opportunities and stay proactive in retaining current customers. Continuously learn about ValveMan's products and industry trends. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Requirements :
Strong mechanical aptitude; experience with valves and instrumentation is highly desirable. Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset. Ability to learn quickly and retain product knowledge. Self-motivated, with a desire to grow skill sets and achieve personal and team success. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Eagerness to work hard and make the most of unlimited earning opportunities. Ability to work in the office full-time in Exton, PA.
