Job Overview We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Canvassers. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with the community through door-to-door outreach, promoting our initiatives, and gathering support for our causes. This position is ideal for those who enjoy working in a dynamic environment and have a passion for community engagement and advocacy. Sales Representative Responsibilities Conduct door-to-door canvassing to engage with residents and promote our mission. Communicate effectively with the public to share information about our initiatives and gather feedback. Utilize strong negotiation skills to encourage participation and support from community members. Maintain accurate records of interactions and report back on community sentiments and feedback. Collaborate with team members to strategize outreach efforts and improve canvassing techniques. Sales Representative Experience Previous experience in sales, customer service, or fundraising is preferred but not required. Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply, as this will enhance communication with diverse communities. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with individuals from various backgrounds. Ability to work independently while also being a supportive team player.
