Duties and responsibilities Review client job descriptions to successfully understand the needs of the hiring managers. Identify top-performing candidates through creative, professional, and ethical recruiting methods for open technical and professional positions. Interview candidates via phone, in-person, and/or video conference to assess their qualifications. Follow up with candidates to maintain and improve relationships and build credibility. Present candidate to hiring manager through professionally written correspondence. Maintain client/candidate database. Qualifications Must be familiar with Microsoft Office Products and MS Outlook (or similar email application). Ability to build strong relationships. Self-Starter/Proactive. Strong written and verbal business communication skills. Ability to learn a broad range of technical fields. Previous outside sales, inside sales, or customer service experience is a must Bachelor Degree in business or related field.

Pay:

$50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
