Young Powertech, a fast-growing manufacturer and distributor of mechanical and hydraulic products used in mobile and industrial applications has an immediate opening for an Inside Sales Representative to support the sales team. The position is located at the company headquarters in Garnet Valley, PA.

The specific job duties include:

• Answer phone calls from customers promptly and professionally.
• Answer questions, take orders, and follow-up with customers.
• Contact customers to follow-up on quotes.
• Work with production planning team to get status of orders.
• Maintain notes of activities in company CRM.
• Timely and accurate completion of other sales or customer related projects as assigned.

Specific skills required include:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service or inside sales experience, including experience taking orders and helping with product selection
• Experience using Sage 100 or another CRM system, a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including good English grammar.
• Good telephone skills and etiquette.
• Good Microsoft Excel skills.
