6-8% commission on closed project value (rate based on project type and performance), plus a back-end bonus opportunity tied to project profitability. Pricing is UHS-directed — we set and approve the numbers together. Some Inbound leads provided to get you started. (Closing one project per month at our average job size puts a rep on a solid six-figure trajectory; top performers run well past that.) About Unity Home Solutions We're a North Pittsburgh-area general contractor known for whole-home renovations and a dedicated project manager on every job. Homeowners come to us already interested — through our online project estimator, referrals, and banking partners. Your job is to turn that interest into signed, well-priced work. The Role You're a consultative in-home sales professional who owns the deal end to end: you meet interested homeowners, define the project in detail, build the price from subcontractor bids, and close the work. You also help fill your own pipeline through realtor relationships, trade events, and local marketing. You sell value and trust, not discounts — and you build every estimate on a clear path to profitability. What You'll Do Work warm, inbound leads from our estimator tool, referral network, and partners as well as generate your own lead generation; can provide budget upon request Run in-home consultations: listen, scope the project, set expectations Build clear, professional estimates from subcontractor bids using our visual scope-of-work materials Close projects at or above the company price floor (your commission is calculated on floor pricing, so you're rewarded for protecting margin, not eroding it) Help fill your own pipeline — build realtor relationships, attend trade events, drop flyers, and run local social media and online ad campaigns (UHS will support and fund approved efforts; bring a plan and we'll review) Hand off signed jobs cleanly to the project management team Follow up persistently — most of the money is in the second and third touch What You Bring Track record in in-home or consultative sales (home improvement, remodeling, or related preferred) Ability to build rapport and trust quickly with homeowners Comfort with numbers, scopes, and explaining value clearly Self-motivated, organized follow-up discipline Comfortable setting up and running social media and online ad campaigns, dropping flyers, and generating your own leads Reliable vehicle and valid license Why Unity Leads provided to start — plus the autonomy and support to build your own pipeline Uncapped commission with a clear, honest structure, plus a back-end profitability bonus A premium product and a dedicated-PM model that makes closing easier Strong, recognizable local brand and a growing pipeline A real path to a full-time position for the right performer
