Full-Time We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Subaru Lot Manager to oversee the daily management, presentation, and movement of vehicle inventory on our dealership lot. The ideal candidate will ensure that all new and pre-owned vehicles are properly displayed, accurately tracked, clean, fueled, and ready for customer viewing and test drives. This role is critical to maintaining an efficient operation and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Key Responsibilities Manage and organize all new and used vehicle inventory on dealership property. Ensure vehicles are properly parked, displayed, and merchandised according to dealership and Subaru brand standards. Coordinate vehicle movement between sales, service, detail, and delivery departments. Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate vehicle location records. Conduct regular lot audits to verify inventory accuracy. Ensure vehicles are clean, fueled, charged (if applicable), and presentation-ready. Assist with incoming vehicle deliveries and inspect vehicles for transport damage. Coordinate vehicle photography and online merchandising activities. Maintain lot appearance, cleanliness, and safety standards. Support sales staff by locating and preparing vehicles for customer demonstrations and deliveries. Oversee lot attendants and assign daily responsibilities when applicable. Ensure compliance with dealership policies and safety procedures. Assist with dealership events, sales promotions, and inventory management projects. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous automotive dealership experience preferred. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to safely operate automatic and manual transmission vehicles preferred. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with inventory management systems. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Frequent entering and exiting of vehicles. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally. Ability to drive and maneuver vehicles safely throughout the dealership property.
