Job Description
The Fan Sales Representative will be the primary driver for growing the brand presence and market share of our fan product lines. This role will focus on new business development and brand expansion, primarily operating through inside sales efforts with strategic outside sales opportunities. This is a full-time role based out of the corporate office in Greenville, PA, reporting to the Sales Director.
Responsibilities Brand Growth :
Actively hunt for new business opportunities and partnerships to expand the footprint of our fan division. Inside Sales Focus (80%): Manage high-volume outreach via phone and email to identify prospects, introduce new SKUs, and close deals. Field Engagement (20%): Represent the brand at trade shows, industry events, and on-site customer visits to build face-to-face relationships and demonstrate product value.Strategic Development :
Identify market trends and customer needs to develop strategic sales strategies.Pipeline Management :
Maintain meticulous records of leads, quotes, and project timelines within our CRM (HubSpot).Qualifications Growth Mindset :
A hunter's mentality with a proven track record of developing new business and hitting sales targets. Enthusiastic about growing product segment within a local manufacturing leader.Versatility :
Comfortable transitioning between high-volume inside sales and professional face-to-face customer interactions.Organization :
Strong project management skills with the ability to track multiple SKUs and client timelines simultaneously.Communication :
Persuasive verbal and written communication skills; ability to pitch technical product benefits clearly.Travel Flexibility :
Willingness to travel periodically for trade shows and regional customer visits.Experience :
Previous experience in manufacturing sales, distribution, or brand development is preferred.Note:
