Responsibilities Engage with customers to identify their needs and recommend appropriate products or services Conduct route driving to visit clients and maintain a consistent sales presence in assigned territories Demonstrate excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities and increase revenue Manage pricing strategies effectively to offer competitive yet profitable solutions Perform merchandising duties by organizing displays and ensuring product availability on shelves Handle heavy lifting when necessary to set up displays or transport promotional materials Maintain accurate records of sales activities, route schedules, and customer interactions Communicate clearly with team members and management regarding sales progress, customer feedback, and market trends Experience Prior experience in sales or customer service is highly desirable; a background in military service or commercial driving is a plus due to the discipline and route management skills involved Strong math skills for calculating pricing, discounts, and profit margins Excellent communication skills for engaging customers effectively and presenting product benefits confidently Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks as part of merchandising or stock replenishment Valid driving license with experience in route driving; familiarity with commercial driving regulations is advantageous Organizational skills to manage multiple client visits efficiently and keep detailed records Knowledge of merchandising standards and techniques for product placement and presentation Join us as a Sales Representative where your proactive approach will help us grow while providing exceptional service.
