Job Description

H&G Solutions Inc. is a growing sales and business consulting firm representing LeafGuard, a leader in gutter protection systems. We are expanding our team to support our partnership with LeafGuard and hiring motivated individuals for a full-time Lead Generation Associate position. In this role, you will engage directly with prospects in the community, initiating meaningful conversations with homeowners, creating interest, and opening the door for bigger sales opportunities. In addition to new client acquisition, the Lead Generation Associate will also nurture and grow existing customer relationships through exceptional service, strategic follow-up, and presenting Leafguard not as just a product, but as an essential. Core Functions of the
Lead Generation Associate:
Confidently communicate the benefits and features Leafguard's home improvement solutions through direct structured sales outreach, territory development, and campaign-aligned messaging. Assess homeowner needs and property conditions face-to-face to recommend customized solutions that align with Leafguard's product capabilities and drive sales. Schedule qualified appointments for in-home consultations, ensuring accurate sales documentation and smooth handoff to installation teams. Contribute to regular sales team meetings and training sessions to share experiences, learn new sales techniques, and stay in alignment with the team's goals Troubleshoot basic product or service questions, escalating complex cases to internal support teams to ensure timely resolution. Stay informed on Leafguard's product updates, sales, warranty coverage, and installation protocols to ensure accurate guidance and alignment with campaign messaging. Preferred Skills & Experience for the
Lead Generation Associate:
Experience in retail, sales, or customer engagement, ideally within home improvement, construction, or service-based industries is preferred but not mandatory. Positive attitude, outgoing nature, and strong communication skills. Organized, self-motivated, and results-oriented. Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism, sales performance and customer service standards. Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently.

From $900.00 per week
