This position is responsible for supporting a team of Resorts Sales managers in order to generate group revenue for Hershey Resorts, including the Hershey Lodge, The Hotel Hershey, and the Hershey Country Club. Job Duties (Items marked with an asterisk are essential functions of this position): Assist Resorts Sales managers with the creation and distribution of sales documentation including function agreements, addendums, proposals, and invoices.- Assist Resorts Sales managers with prospecting, including organizing and conducting outreach efforts by phone and email.
- Assist Resorts Sales managers with client relations and customer service throughout the selling process.
- Communicate with internal and external partners to ensure all customer needs are met.
- Fulfill administrative duties for Resorts Sales department including handling inbound calls, monitoring a group email inbox, filing, and other general administrative duties.
- Order and manage inventory for the office, including office supplies, promotional products, and computer equipment.
- Organize and coordinate special events for the department, client events, and Familiarization weekends (FAMs).
- Assist Resorts Sales managers with capturing, logging and documenting sales inquiries and customer data. Follow up with potential clients.
- Assist with on-site clients when a Resorts Sales manager is unavailable.
