In addition, we strive to maintain an ongoing relationship with our customers to encourage repeat business. We offer one of the best pay plans in the industry for our sales specialists. We will train the right candidate and offer paid training hours of up to 10 weeks. The ideal candidate has a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow, genuinely cares about customer service, and possesses a high level of commitment. Our sales representatives sell various types of trailers (utility/landscape, hydraulic dump, landscape, deckover flatbed, enclosed cargo, RVs, Travel Trailers, 5th Wheels etc). Experience towing, repairing, or selling trailers is a plus, but not required. We are looking for an experienced and well-organized salesperson to provide the necessary support to the sales team.

Job Responsibilities:

Maintains up-to-date knowledge of all trailers, accessories, financing options, and promotions Facilitates delivery by providing a clear explanation of trailer features, operation, warranty, and service requirements Completes sales documentation in a comprehensive and accurate manner Negotiates sale closure in a clear, concise, and highly ethical fashion Communicate trailer selection, attributes, model options, features, purchase and finance options, and dealership policies/services to the customer

Primary Responsibility:

Sale of whole goods to customers and provide excellent customer service. Greet all customers promptly and courteously as they enter the store,help them with their specific needs, and direct customers to products that meet their needs. Follow up on new leads and referrals

Key Qualifications:

Two or more years of retail sales experience with a track record of success, preferably in one of the following industries: trailers, RV, agricultural equipment, motor vehicle industry, outdoor power equipment, recreational vehicles, construction equipment and machinery, small engine and accessories. Must possess a valid driver's license and the ability to obtain a medical card Must be able to obtain a state vehicle salespersons license and pass a criminal background check High school diploma or post-secondary education Must be willing to work a normal 40 hours per week, and longer hours, as required, to meet customer demands. We are open from Monday-Saturday. Saturday hours are mandatory. Positive attitude Neat, clean, professional appearance Ability to multi-task Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications Ability to use specialized management software/customer portal Compensation is commission based
