Provide the upmost in customer service to any potential customer that enters our door. Meet and greet them in a friendly professional manner. Offer the customer selections, advice and expertise to a degree that will make them glad they came to Denney Electric and make them want to tell their friends about us. Be cordial to your coworkers, polite and friendly to our sales reps. In conjunction with input from Store Managers and Regional Showroom Manager, this position is responsible for the overall look, feel and atmosphere within their Lighting Showroom.

The activities included are:

Be the "face" of Denney Electric Supply Coordinate fixture and display selection. Keep showroom clean and presentable Follow up on delivery of overdue PO's, review open orders See that all fixtures are tagged, keep showroom neat and clean. Maintain strong vendor relations Keep relevant on Industry trends, styles and promotions See that the store is adequately stocked with promotional materials, catalogs, displays, etc. Hang new display fixtures as requested Identify and create new Denney Electric customers through building strong relationships with architects, builders and interior designers. Demonstrate and ensure a sales approach that will attract and retain long term customers. Attend Meetings for trainings and discussion on hope to improve our business.
