OTE Responsibilities:

Lead engaging in-home consultations to understand clients' outdoor living aspirations and design tailored solutions. Conduct thorough property assessments, taking precise measurements to inform project scope and design. Collaborate closely with design and production teams to develop compelling proposals that meet client needs. Present proposals confidently, follow up diligently, and close deals while fostering long-term client relationships. Guide clients seamlessly from contract signing through to the final project walkthrough, ensuring satisfaction. Maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients through networking and community engagement in Lancaster County. Stay informed about industry trends and innovations to offer clients the latest in outdoor living solutions.

Qualifications:

Experience in landscape construction, outdoor living, or home improvement sales. Ability to lead engaging in-home consultations and design tailored outdoor solutions. Proven track record of closing deals and fostering long-term client relationships. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to conduct thorough property assessments and take precise measurements. Experience collaborating with design and production teams to develop compelling proposals.
