Job Description

Nye Technical Services — Sales Career Opportunity | Lancaster County Expansion Technology Solutions | New Territory | Ground-Floor Opportunity Nye Technical Services, Pennsylvania's Premier Technology Integrator, is seeking an experienced, results-driven sales professional to lead our expansion into Lancaster County. This is a ground-floor opportunity to own a new territory — and we mean own it. We're not filling a seat; we're handing the keys to someone who will build this market from scratch. If you've ever wanted to plant your flag in a region and make it yours, this is that role. This is not an entry-level opportunity. We are looking for a proven closer who thrives under pressure, owns their numbers, and has a track record to back it up.
You must have:
∙ Demonstrated success selling into IT departments and C-suite executives ∙ Proven ability to develop and grow new accounts within an assigned territory — greenfield experience strongly preferred ∙ A history of meeting — and exceeding — aggressive quotas and revenue objectives ∙ Experience conducting professional product/solution demos ∙ Strong command of sales reporting and performance metrics ∙ Excellent written and verbal communication skills ∙ Familiarity with the Lancaster County commercial market is a significant advantage What you'll be doing: You'll be the tip of the spear for NTS in Lancaster County — prospecting, building relationships, and closing deals across our full suite of technology solutions including physical security, structured cabling, commercial AV, and network infrastructure. You'll have the backing of an established company with a proven playbook, but the autonomy to build this territory the right way.
Compensation:
Base salary $60,000-$80,000 depending on experience, plus commission and performance accelerators. On-target earnings of $165,000+ for candidates who hit their numbers. Top producers earn top pay — we have no interest in carrying under performers. If you believe you qualify, the first step is to complete our sales assessment before submitting an application.
