This is a true hunter outside sales role focused on cold calling, building connections, and closing new business. This role offers strong earning potential and long-term growth. If you've worked in the restaurant/hospitality world, you'll find that your instincts, pace, and communication style translate well here. Many of our top performers came from kitchens, bars, catering, or restaurant management. What You'll Gain Expected first-year earnings typically range from $80,000-$100,000 annually. Top performers can expect to earn between $100,000 to $110,000 in their first year.
Base salary:
$42,000 annually + uncapped commission (with guaranteed commission paid during first 3 months of training) Company vehicle provided (fuel, maintenance, and insurance covered)
Paid Vacation & Holidays:
6 company-observed holidays + 1 floating holiday, up to 80 hours of accrued PTO in your first year.
Paid Sick Time:
Up to 40 hours per year Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with profit sharing, company-paid life and disability coverage, voluntary benefits, pre-tax savings accounts (FSA), and employee discounts. In this role, you will: Make 20 to 30 in-person cold calls every day. Build a strong prospect pipeline. Lease our dish washing machines, cleaning systems, and service programs. Work closely with our service teams to ensure new accounts launch successfully. Take ownership of your numbers, territory, and activity plan. Represent a family-owned business known for quality service & long-term customer relationships. What You Bring High-energy, outgoing, and competitive. Comfortable walking into businesses without appointments. Self-motivated and disciplined with time and activity. Great with people, connecting with them, and earning their trust. Requirements:
