Outside Sales Representative - Construction Staffing TradeSource, Inc. - Southeastern PA and Delaware Are you a hunter? We're looking for someone who can open doors, build relationships, and win new business. TradeSource, Inc. is a leading construction staffing and recruiting company with more than 30 years of experience connecting skilled tradespeople with contractors throughout the Northeast. We are looking for an Outside Sales Representative to develop new business throughout Southeastern PA and Delaware . This position is for someone who enjoys being out in the market, meeting contractors, visiting jobsites, developing relationships, and turning opportunities into customers. What You'll Do Prospect and develop new construction accounts throughout Southeastern PA/DE Make daily outbound calls and conduct in-person sales visits Identify active and upcoming construction projects and target the contractors working on them Visit construction jobsites and contractor offices to develop relationships Meet with owners, project managers, estimators, superintendents, and hiring managers Generate new staffing opportunities for skilled construction trades Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective customers Follow up consistently and turn prospects into active accounts Grow existing relationships and identify additional staffing opportunities Work closely with TradeSource recruiters to fill customer orders Track sales activity, prospects, appointments, and opportunities in our CRM Plan efficient daily sales routes to maximize time in the field Represent TradeSource professionally throughout the North Jersey construction market We're Looking For Someone Who Has 2+ years of outside sales, business development, staffing, construction, or related experience Is comfortable making cold calls and knocking on doors Is highly motivated by winning new business Has strong communication and relationship-building skills Is persistent and understands that sales requires consistent follow-up Can independently manage a territory and daily schedule Is comfortable meeting customers face-to-face Has strong organizational and time-management skills Has a valid driver's license and reliable transportation Construction industry experience is a major plus This Is a Hunter Role You will not be sitting behind a desk waiting for business to come to you. Your job is to find the contractors, find the projects, get in front of the decision-makers, uncover their staffing needs, and win the account. Compensation Competitive Base Salary ($50k-$60k) + Uncapped Monthly Commission OTE First year - $85k+ Monthly Car Allowance + travel reimbusements Your earning potential grows with the business you develop.
