  • Porter Family Exteriors Founded in 1976 near Philadelphia, Porter Family Exteriors is a family-owned construction company.
Over the years we have grown to be the Philadelphia area's leading James Hardie and GAF Contractor. We are seeking to expand our sales team with a sales representative who has passion and experience in the construction industry, preferably in exterior siding and roofing. This is an opportunity for you to grow and succeed in a company known for its quality craftsmanship and commitment to customer satisfaction. In this role, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with potential clients, managing sales leads, and closing deals, playing a critical role in driving our business forward and helping us achieve our goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Management:
Manage sales leads through the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing deals. This includes responding to inquiries, appointments, qualifying leads, comprehensive rehashing strategies, and providing necessary information for potential clients.
Identify and Pursue Opportunities:
Secure new business leads in the construction sector, support the growth and expansion of our reach into new markets.
Client Relationship Management:
Cultivate strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring their needs are met with the highest level of satisfaction.
Sales Target Achievement:
Follow our sales strategies and processes to meet and exceed sales goals, contributing to the overall growth of Porter Family Exteriors. Collaboration with
Teams:
Work closely with our dedicated teams to deliver unparalleled service and craftsmanship. In addition, you will collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching sales targets.
CRM:
Utilize our CRM to manage leads, client status, and data.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2-3 years experience in sales, preferably, with the majority being in the construction industry. A deep passion for sales within the home improvement and construction industry. An optimistic individual with a demonstrated ability to achieve goals and deliver results. A self-motivated, outgoing individual with strong self-discipline, capable of working independently and collaboratively. Excellent verbal, computer, and written communication skills. Professional demeanor and appearance Valid Drivers license required. High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associates/Bachelors Degree preferred
    Physical Requirements:
    Lifting and Carrying:
    Ability to lift and carry materials and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
    Climbing and Balance:

    Salary:
    Base Pay + plus uncapped commission, average salary is $150,000 + annually, high end is $250,000. Potential to $300,000. Uncapped commission As noted above
