Job Description
Automotive sales and leasing consultant at Ben Bissett Chevrolet in Mercer, PA. We are a single family owned/operated dealership for 72 years with an excellent reputation in the community for taking care of our customers and employees. We've had quite a few recent retirees all with over 30 years at this store and we're looking for those who are interested in a lucrative career in the automotive business. This is a full time on-site retail position that is commission based but with a guaranteed pay amount every month. This position also provides a monthly car-allowance. We have excellent health and dental plans included along with 401k matching up to 2%. We operate with a smaller highly-trained staff which offers more opportunities for advancement in the company and more opportunities earned income. This store operates with no more than three sales people so there's plenty of opportunities to build a client base at a dealership that already has a very loyal client base itself. A background in sales (particularly at the dealership level) is preferred although no experience is necessarily needed as we can train anyone who is reliable, likeable, and willing to work.
