What You Can Expect Paid Training No Cold Calling!!! pre-screened, qualified leads everyday Realistic first-year earnings of $80,000-$130,000 100% commission after paid training Weekly commissions Paid training and onboarding Company-provided vehicle, gas card, and EZ-Pass Key Responsibilities Conduct in-home consultations to assess roofing, siding, and gutter needs Educate homeowners on our products and services Prepare and present accurate proposals and timelines Coordinate with production teams to ensure seamless project execution Document sales activities and follow-ups in CRM software Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings Qualifications Valid driver's license and clean driving record required Experience in residential/exterior home improvement sales preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Results-driven and self-motivated Tech-savvy Must be able to safely lift up to 65 pounds Must be able to safely climb a ladder Must be able to enter and maneuver in confined spaces, including crawl spaces Benefits Uncapped commissions - paid weekly Company vehicle, gas card, and EZ-Pass Paid training and support Health, Dental, Vision insurances offered Company paid life insurance and short-term disability 401(k)
