What You'll Do Help customers find the right phones, plans, accessories, and services Talk with every customer and create a great experience from the moment they walk in Work toward personal and store sales goals Build your sales skills and earn commission on your performance Reach new customers through local outreach, social media, community events, and nearby businesses Follow up with current and previous customers about promotions Handle everyday store operations, including cash handling, inventory, opening, and closing Keep the store clean, organized, and ready for customers Stay knowledgeable on current products, promotions, and services Work with your team, share wins, and learn what's working What We're Looking For Outgoing and comfortable starting conversations Motivated and goal-oriented Reliable and responsible Coachable and willing to learn Positive attitude and good communication skills Comfortable working independently Able to stand for extended periods during shifts 6+ months of retail, sales, or customer service experience preferred Hourly base pay + uncapped commission Full-time & part-time opportunities Flexible scheduling Hands-on training Opportunity to grow within the company A sales environment where your personality and ideas are encouraged
